How easy it is to make promises. These are templates I type automatically, multiple times a day. It’s a copy/paste commitment. “Command-V” saves so much time. And mostly, it’s true - I will follow through on these intentions, at least 90% of the time.

But Oh, that last ten percent. Some days I just want to say, please don’t contact me again. It’s somebody else’s job to build a world where promises matter, and are kept. Contact them, today. I’ll respond to you as soon as possible upon my return.
